Welcome to Spa on the Move ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our massage home service ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Service.
1. Scope of Service
Spa on the Move provides professional massage services delivered to your preferred location. All services are subject to availability and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking
• Appointments can be booked online or through other approved methods.
• You are responsible for providing accurate details, including your name, address, contact information, and desired service.
2.2 Payment
• Payments must be completed before or at the time of the appointment.
• We accept payments through debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
• Ensure the service location is safe, clean, and suitable for the therapist to perform the treatment.
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the session.
• You must notify us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect the service.
5. Therapist Responsibilities
• Our therapists are licensed and professionally trained to provide high-quality massage services.
• Therapists reserve the right to decline services if the environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
6. Health and Safety
• Our services are intended for relaxation and wellness. They are not a substitute for medical treatment.
• If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are recovering from an injury, consult a healthcare professional before booking a service.
7. Prohibited Conduct
• Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misconduct towards therapists will result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.
8. Liability
• While we take all reasonable precautions, Spa on the Move is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or other adverse outcomes arising from the use of our Service, except in cases of proven negligence.
• Spa on the Move is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic, weather, or therapist availability.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with:
• UAE Federal Law No. 2 of 2015 on Commercial Companies (as amended by Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021)
• Dubai Law No. 13 of 2011 (Regulating Economic Activities in the Emirate of Dubai)
• Other applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
10. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
